Returns and Repairs

Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of handmade and made to order items we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or we made a mistake. If for any reason an item is accepted for a return you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition completely unworn. There will be a non-refundable 15% restocking fee (not including shipping fees). You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and must insure the package for the value of the returned item. Please mail the piece to our studio in a padded envelope or box (no paper shipping, please). We are NOT responsible for jewelry lost in the mail due to improper shipping methods. If you are hesitant and have any questions, please feel free to contact us before placing an order.
 
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you have 24 hours from the time you place your order to do so. Once production starts, you cannot cancel your order.
 
Sizing

Please reference our Sizing Guide section to see the conversions or get sized from a local jeweler. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. Choosing the correct ring size is the responsibility of the customer as people differ in the way in which they prefer their rings to fit.  Some customers wear them loosely, while others like to wear them tighter. If you order the incorrect size we offer re-sizing for $35 and up plus shipping. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such alterations, and must insure the package for the value of the returned item. Please mail the piece to our studio in a padded envelope or box (no paper shipping, please). We are NOT responsible for jewelry lost in the mail due to improper shipping methods. Please enclose in the box the original packaging, your order confirmation, the jewelry piece that needs repairs, your return address and contact information and we will do our best to return your piece re-sized within 1-2 weeks.

Repairs
If a piece shipped to you is defective or damaged, you must contact us and return the item within 7 days of receipt. If it was due to our mistake we will send you a return label and make necessary repairs and return the item back to you as soon as possible.
If your piece is damaged due to any type of accident or wear and tear we are happy to access the item to see if repairs can be made. If an item is deemed repairable, repair fees will be established at the time of receipt or via e-mail if substantial photos can be provided. Charlie and Marcelle is not responsible for broken or lost stones, however some stones may be replaceable and some may not. If a stone is replaceable we offer stone replacements for a fee. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such repairs, and must insure the package for the value of the returned item. Please mail the piece to our studio in a padded envelope or box (no paper shipping, please). We are NOT responsible for jewelry lost in the mail due to improper shipping methods. Please enclose in the box the original packaging, your order confirmation, the jewelry piece that needs repairs, your return address and contact information and we will do our best to return your repaired piece within 2-3 weeks.
